Please advise how to increase the rings tones before the voicemail takes over?
at the the moment voicemail cuts in after only 2 rings. I want to have it changed to at least 8 or 10 rings.

Hi Veronika,
No worries. I find that the method of entering in this code to your handset is the most effective. Procedure set out below for you :-)
Dial the following code into your handset as if typing in a number: **61*321**XX #
Replace 'XX' with the ring length in seconds.
The ring time can be
set in increments of 5 seconds to a maximum of 30 seconds. i.e. 05, 10,
15, 20, 25, 30.Press 'Call' or 'Send' (as if making a call)
