Hi, my phone number, I already stop using it for a few months. However, I still receive the e-bills. How do I cancel the plan n the SIM card? Could u help me cancel these service?

All cancellations will need to be either submitted in writing to us or alternatively, called through to us on (07) 3038 3068.

The Customer Care line is not queuing at this time so now would be a great time to try.
